Cannot detect your public IP Access to myQNAPcloud myQNAPcloud Link services. I have also tried with, same result.I can see the NAS in file-explorer under Network but I cant connect to it. Failed to access myQNAPcloud myQNAPcloud Link service. QNAP UNABLE TO FIND WITH QFINDER PRO When trying to map the drive from Qnap Qfinder Pro this comes upfter all the googleing and reading on forums I have done this seems like a well known issue. ![]() Important: Check the NAS MAC address to ensure the NAS on the list is yours. ![]() Select the NAS you want to modify from the list. Didn’t even know there was a reset on the back, lol. It will reset the dns and ip to your new router. Tip: If you cannot find the NAS, make sure that it is on the same network as your computer. Press the reset button on the back of the qnap for no more than 3 secs (single beep). Accessed myQNAPcloud myQNAPcloud Link services. Qfinder Pro automatically searches and displays all QNAP NAS on the same network. The user is not in the whitelist of the device. This device has been in your favorite device You have reached the maximum number of members. No mapped ports found! This device is not in your favorite list. The specified access code is not found for the device. The specified user is not found for the device. The device has not published any service.
